A retired cabinet maker with more than 30 years of experience, David is a skilled artisan who has worked with timber nearly his entire life. His passion for woodturning began in high school and flourished under the mentorship of a master craftsman. Today, David continues to turn a variety of woods, allowing each piece to reveal its unique form. For him, woodturning is more than a craft, it's a meditative journey shaped by decades of dedication and a deep love for the material.

American Assn. of Woodturners (AAW) is known for promoting custom woodturning techniques. As a skilled artisan woodturner, David has been involved with the AAW, the Arizona Woodturners Assn. (AWA) and is recognized for his handcrafted wood creations. He is a former member of the Wisconsin Woodturner community.
